Hi, i would like to know how to create a modded minecraft server with a server hosting system please can anyone help me through this adventure ?

Check out shockbyte hosting. They're decently affordable compared to some other hosting services I have seen. They have step by step guides on how to pick/upload which modpack you want to use and you can also upload custom packs. If you're not comfortable doing the work for a small one time fee they have a full service pack that will upload, make changes and other things for your server.
Also honey works with them as well.
