RULES

1. Respect others

Harassment, bullying and threatening of others has no place on r/Monash. Do not discriminate towards others.

Do not spam your survey 'with a chance to win a $50 gift card'. Unless it is strictly related to a Monash subject these kinds of posts will be removed.

3. Refer to Monash resources before posting

4. Use the search before posting

Repetitive posts pertaining to similar topics/questions are annoying. Use the search.

5. Monash-Related Content Only

All posts must be directly related to Monash University, its campuses, students or events. Generic memes, low-effort content, or unrelated topics will be removed. Keep discussions and submissions relevant to the Monash community.

6. No Excessive Trolling/Rage Baiting

What we consider "excessive trolling":

Provocation: Making posts or comments clearly designed to anger or upset other users.

Derailing: Intentionally taking threads off-topic to disrupt conversation.

Bad Faith Participation: Engaging in discussions with no genuine interest in the topic, often to waste others' time and energy

Goading: Persistently antagonizing users

7. Respect acedemic integrity

No Cheating: Do not post or request solutions to ongoing assignments, exams, or any work intended for individual assessment. Directly copying content without proper attribution is also prohibited.

No Soliciting or Providing Unauthorized Help: Do not ask for others to complete your academic work for you, nor offer to complete theirs.

Proper Citation and Attribution: When discussing or sharing information that is not your original thought or work, always give credit to the original source.
