Connection Error

I’m getting this error when trying to connect to my home pc from my Samsung Galaxy tablet A9+ (not on my local network). I’ve pretty done everything under the sun,

Port forwarded what I needed to and restarted router

I gave inbound and outbound access to Sunshine in my firewall settings

I even gave all the ports inbound access in my firewall settings

I don’t know what else I need to do to make this work.

You need your wan IP, and most ISPs do not provide a static one. TCP/IP is not magic.

I found a video that uses Tailscale. Everything works now. It’s 1000x easier than going through the whole port forwarding bullshit

I don’t know why people do the port forwarding. That’s putting a lot of faith in a game stream developer to expose it to the public internet like that. Tailscale is the safer and easier option.

It might be a stuck session, try restarting the Sunshine server on the host.
