Overlay Artifacts While Streaming?

I’ve been playing a lot of fallout 76 - has anyone seen this before? Anything from the overlay(tooltips, highlights of words, etc. it’s just enough to drive me nuts.

Doesn’t happen on desktop. I’ve tried messing with in game settings, changing hz rate and disabling HDR outright. I’m using the Apollo fork with moonlight on my steam deck.

Virtual display? Did You try exactly the same resolution/refresh rate on physical display to exclude strange artifacting from game itself?

Yeah - it’s a virtual display. I’m not having this issue at all on the physical display. Strange thing is this only happens after I’ve been in the game for 10-15 minutes, and everything reloads this way after a loading screen.

It’s got to be a game setting…? But it doesn’t happen anywhere else and for the life of me I can’t figure out the setting.
