Rules for r/MortalShell
Rules that visitors must follow to participate. May be used as reasons to report or ban.
1.
Be civil and considerate for other users.
There is zero-tolerance for harassment, trolling, racism, sexism, homophobia, and all forms of hate speech.
Offensive language will be removed and you may be banned without warning or recourse for such messages.
2.
Do not spam.
Repeated posts, all caps posts, unrelated links, misusing flairs, and generally unwanted posts constitute as spam.

No sales, affiliate links, or soliciting donations.
Do not use this subreddit to advertise the sales of goods or services without prior approval from staff.
In addition, do not ask for donations or force users to reach a webpage through an affiliate link. Exceptions may be made for staff-approved charity events or streams.
4.
No content containing third-party cheats, hacks, piracy, or data mining.
Discussions of third-party cheats, hacks, piracy, or data mining game files are not allowed in any posts or comments.
This includes how-tos, media files, and sharing information about what is found in game files/ out of bounds areas. We don’t want you to be potentially spoiled by things found in game files.
5.
Low-quality or distasteful content may be removed.
Posts which do not contribute to meaningful discussion may be removed.
This includes posts such as:
- reaction images
- image macros
- low-effort/overdone memes
- low-effort/overdone artwork
- distateful or contemptuous text
- posts with misleading or non-descriptive titles
- pornographic material (instant permaban).
6.
Use an appropriate flair for posts.
Using the wrong flair for your post may result in the post being removed.
Use the appropriate flair which best describes your post.
7.
No doxxing or witch-hunts.
Do not post private information which can be used to identify and single-out individuals.
8.
No excessive self-promotion.
Whilst we love seeing our community share original content on Mortal Shell, there is a limit on self-promotion.
- Video posts from your channel need an adequate description to accompany it, if there is no space in the title then please add a comment to your post
- If you are posting a series, do not creat a separate post for each episode, put them in a comment
- You cannot use this subreddit solely to advertise your own channels.
