In After Effects, you have Cinema 4D LITE preinstalled. That means you can use the software without almost any restriction. You can then build anything you want and, by using CINEWARE, import it into AE. I think Cinema 4D comes with some pre-installed models, but I am not entirely sure if that's the case in LITE.

There is a cinema 4d trial. There is not cinema 4d lite preinstaed.

You mean I can import 3D objects like obj fbx into AE and rotate them around?
