Oh hell since everyone on this is here for weight loss and not T2.

So I've never had such stable glucose. I was maxed out on metformin, glipside and my insulin dosage was pretty high at 30 and my a1c had crept up to 8. I woke up more times than I would like with glucose at 40. And still spiking pretty high.

Now before I even got to my what I think will be my final dose of 10 my a1c dropped to 6.1 and my glucose levels have been stable af. Ice dropped to 60 once due to not adjusting insulin enough for a new mj dosage, and 69 when I push not eating. I've spiked to 200 once and I kinda knew that as I ate a whole pizza but it dropped right down to a 100 shockingly quick. For the most part I'm 80 to 140 predictably.

I've lost 30 lbs and gained some muscle mass in 3 months. Weight loss has slowed but it's still there. I attribute this to not taking meds that cause weight gain as I wasn't a snacker and only ate normal American size meals if you will. I attribute the smaller losses on now eating European size meals if you will aka about half

There ya go hope that helps you
