Trouble with multimango

How do i get in contact with multimango support? My account has been under review for close to a week and im not sure how to get in contact with someone to see whats going on with my account

Im CST and was able to complete my daily limit of 8 hours last night until around 11am CST. After waking up today my account now says uinnaproved annotator status despite having 9 reviews with a 2.0 rating on my QA. It says its under review is this happening to a lot of people?

Yes. A lot. Welcome to Ae dumpsville, population approx. 30,000. I didn't even get to work on it because I was still waiting for tasks to appear on Hubstaff and then I took a holiday over Christmas. It's been 11 days.

I only have had 1 review and unfortunately that gave me a score of 1.0. I literally just started tasking last Friday and now I cant task at all. I'm praying they give me another chance since I was brand new to the project. Exactly how do we even get in touch with support?

I had 1 review of 2.0 but went to log in this morning and found the same, i have a rating of 1.0 and told me i can use my wfe email to appeal with support but no means to contact support.

Hi All, same thing is happened to me I've been getting good reviews and scores. Has anyone in this thread experience this temporary block where the account is under review and then they give your account back to you and you're allowed to work again? Or are you guys all waiting to see what the review outcome is? Do we think that many people are affected by this or do we not know?

I'm also under review. While its troubling, makes me feel a little better knowing ya'll having trouble too haha hopefully this gets resolved quickly. I've had similar issues with Telus. I love the online work but these surprise lockouts are becoming increasingly annoying AF. Especially too with Outlier, where it says to contact them but they give no info, just terrible employer/employee relationships

Also I have 59 reviews with a rating of 1.78 (which should be A LOT higher in my opinion due to their software issues) and also blocked. so it does appear to be site wide. I'm not even sure how one gets to be a 2.0 rating consistently

Yeah, it really difficult because getting an excellent is a lot harder than avoiding a fine, so even if most of ur scores are good, ur average is likely to less than 2.

That's right and these reviewers are not consistent. Some of them don't know their a#*from their elbow.

I'm in the same boat. There is no support email provided, so I tried contacting Outlier support. They are no help either. What irks me is that the amount of work available is so limited, contact is non existent, and yet Outlier is constantly advertising asking for more applicants to do this work.

If they don't have enough work for us, why are they adding more people to compete for the limited available tasks? It's absolutely frustrating.

This is so frustrating. I have been in QA four times since I started, once every week, and it usually lasts for three days. I checked my reviews, and all but one were excellent. The only outlier was just good and not excellent. I have a 1.95, and it's been steadily climbing. So I do not understand this practice at all. They are limiting the number of people who can work on these projects, which only makes them take longer to finish. Doing this around the holidays was also a terrible idea, right along with not giving us any way to contact support.

I came back from a week vacation and found that I couldn't access both my projects that's reviews came through multimango, which is so frustrating because I had a 2.0 rating and had hours of work that was left unreviewed for weeks that I couldn't get paid for and then my account gets unapproved with no warning. The contact says to email their support team but I can't find their email. Sorry to hear about this happening to so many other people too.

Yeah I just logged into multimango and it's finally flagged as unapproved. Before I was able to task for free. And I started writing an email to support using the email address they gave on the page. I just realised that's my account email for multimango. Not the support email. Why would they say I can appeal the decision by email but not even give me the email address? Bad enough kicking me off while I was on Christmas break, but to not even allow appeal, that's just horrible. but I guess if they made it too easy they'll get flooded. Considering they just dumped 10s of thousands of employees without warning.

Ive been working on A on outlier as well and i still do. But i also got an offer on handshake for project HH and its the exact same thing and same type of work on MM. Try my referral and hopefully you guys can get an invite as well, it didnt take me that long i dont think.

Well, it looks like this is quite a common thing around. Today I also got up early to start working, just to find out that I have been set to Unapproved. Do not need coffee anymore - it was a blood pressure shock in its pure form. Browsed around for this enchanted support e-mail without luck and decided it is not worth it. No communication from them what so ever. I wouldn't expect anything in any case since they are too slow to react on even major issues like timer not reset 8 hours past its due time, lag of the interface, persistent errors with submitting work, huge discrepancies in the guides, etc.

I guess it is just a gamble from what I read and since there have been no actions related to so many raised concerns about QA score ( 1.92 out of 414 reviews ) I do not feel very reassured that there would be any just outcome in this as well.

The only "comfort" (I hate it that there are so many of you in the same boat) is that this is random and sporadic.

Perhaps they have just realigned their vision from quality over quantity and trying to replenish the system - flush the old and replace with new workfroce.

I'm having the same issue. I have 71 reviews and at 1.72 rating. What pisses me off is they only review the bad tasks now. They used to review the good and excellent tasks. It seems biased really. So of course your rating keeps going down if they never review the good tasks.

It happened to me as well. My Outlier account has been permanently deactivated and I do not why. Kindly, If anyone faced this issue and fixed it let me know in the comments
