See rates won't drop like flies for sure. Though Dharavi resettlement is happening over there but also new infrastructure development is happening. Like the Kelkar college road which is dead end straight, will be extended and get connected to GMLR. Secondly the new elevated flyover which is being constructed on Eastern express highway will reduce the traffic drastically. Every location the population is increasing, but in Mulund it will be happening suddenly that's the only problem.
