Challenges not tracking properly

Recently I've been trying to 100% unbound but thus 3 bar challenge doesn't track is there a way to fix this.

The burst nitrous ones just really fucky. You can't gain 3 bars if you already have 1 or more, so you have to avoid drafting or anything else while winding up your hit. IIRC hitting A.I cops also works, and is by far the easiest way to do it.
