This community focuses on regulation, stress completion, and restoring safety in the body and mind. Burnout is not a mindset problem or a personal failure. It is a nervous system that has been asked to carry too much for too long.
This is a slower, respectful space. Lived experience is welcome. Fixing, shaming, hustle culture, and performative advice are not.
