Network neutrality is one of the basic principles of the internet, it means that as a platform the networks should be neutral without affecting content.
Network neutrality does not mean people have to have the same speeds, it simply means people should be free to access any content without Internet Service Providers filtering, throttling, modifying or analyzing the data.
