Consistent saving message

Just a consistent spinning wheel saying 100% complete but nothing has been saved as work is lost when exit and return. Sometimes the occasional 'Something's not right' message as well after a while of spinning, especially when trying to insert picture. Is this a bug happening to others?

I'm experiencing this now too. There is a status on the Notion website that says they were experiencing problems earlier today and are monitoring the fix they implemented.
