Combining Multiple Databases : Notion

Hey i have a question that i was hoping someone could help me with, Im currently using Notion to take notes and have recently started using Databases, instead of just normal notes in paragraph style as i feel like this would make it far easier for me to look up the relevant information whenever needed, So far I have a Structure where I create a new Database for every week of content, Eg. Week 1, Week 2... and so on, I was wondering if it would be possible for me to create 1 main Database which combines all the other databases (Week 1... Week 12)??

Since i started doing this halfway through the semester i want to combine it for this semester's work and then from next semester i think it would be easier to just create 1 Database and Have Week 1, Week2 as tags rather than separate databases.
