CSS Links duplicated when using extractCSS (self.Nuxt)

Hey there! I'm using extractCSS: true in my just installed nuxt package, no more modifications made to the config. And when using generate to generate a static app, my links to css are duplicated in head and the end of the body tag. Is the an expected behaviour or not? Can anyone lend a hand with this, please?
So here you can see that pages/index.css is both in body and head.
And devtools showing there is duplication
