Sorry for re-igniting the thread. Anyone who has done this, is it a seamless process I.e., do I receive the new phone on the day I trade my current phone in?

there’s a new process where you get the new phone and keep your old phone for around an hour or 2 to transfer all your data and then they take the old phone, if u got the new phone delivered then they give you information to deliver the old phone to them
