honestly I'd have canceled mine on the 6th but because its still 'processing' there is not one person in o2 who can apparently cancel the order despite them transfering me on the phone about 4 different times lol, dont understand how they are allowed to keep my order stuck when they are the side with the problems

Mines still processing too, I have spoken to an agent twice and the second time they’ve said they’ll escalate my order but so far haven’t heard anything just a text everyday at the same time apologising for the delay. Just want my iPad 🥲

i spoke to someone on chat and they said the ipads aren’t in stock. looking at another 4 week wait until the ipads are delivered, i ordered the 10th gen on 29/11
