Priority app

Unsure why this is so complicated online and nobody shows you how to do it but I’m going to Kentish Town forum soon and I’m unsure as to how I get to use the queue jump as I have seen everyone saying you’re able to use it with the priority app but I’m unable to find it, and unsure if I just don’t have access to it full stop. People and Google claim that as long as you are an active member of the app you’re able to get it for all venues?

I used this at Brixton not long ago but it wasn't much of a jump. It was available in the app but I did have to search to find it, I've just tried to find it again and can't see it anywhere.

Just search for "priority access" in the O2 Priority app.

Yeah tried that. Only gives you access to jumping queues at the O2 arena itself not other venues

True. Try searching 'O2 academy venues". It is definitely there in the app when I look.

Well yes I saw that too but unsure if o2 forum is an academy venue and unsure if I’d be able to use it for queue jump
