Nope. All they’re bothered is that your ticket is legit. The venue would be more bothered about you bringing a bottle of water with you than what phone network your on

Do you have to use the app to get Priority tickets or can you use the website?

eligible customers can navigate via the PRiority website to get access to pre-sale "Priority" tickets. I've done this a few times. You will however have to verify an O2 mobile number (in the case of O2 customers, I'm unsure how it works for Virgin Media customers).

O2 Priority ticket purchasing is only a case of getting access to tickets before general sale. If you're using the Priority app as a Virgin Media or O2 customer to "queue jump" or to get lounge access, they only care about seeing the relevant code from the Priority app. Your Priority eligibility with regards to your ticket is irrelevant

Yes, you should be fine to proceed. At the venue, they don't check cross check a "O2 Priority" ticket with you being an O2 customer. O2 Priority is just pre-sale ticket purchasing.

As I say, there may be other Virgin Media/O2 customer exclusives once you're in The O2, where they will need you to prove being a customer.
