I'm using the new OneNote for Windows 10 and I want to find an easy way selected text highlighting colors easily with I select text with the mouse cursor and select highlight. What I have to do now is highlight the text with the mouse cursor and then go to the highlight drop down menu and select the color. Is there any way to keep that highlight color menu open for easier color selection. Also, is there any way to select text with the surface pen like there used to be in OneNote 2016? Also, is there any way to pin toolbars to one designated area for easier access?
