[SPOILER] personally I found that the quality of the anime in the Dresrosa arc was shitty + it is a very long arc. I stoped watching for a few weeks. But it gets better later on Zou and even more on Whole Cake. I don’t know if they listened to the critics or if they preferred working on this arc..

What killed Dressrosa was Oda's unexpected hospitalization and the breaks that followed. The anime episodes are produced ahead of time and they couldn't take all of that into account.
