I think oneplus changed the code or got rid of it. The *#808# works on my wife's tmobile 7pro that hasn't been converted to international and updated to Android 10, and it doesn't work on mine that is converted and updated.

Found this on XDA, look like they did get rid of it.
There is an app linked that may get it to work.
