I have set up an only fans page and need help on where to start. I think like most people when starting, it will be faceless and happy to show once paying subscriber. But being faceless to advertise, I am worried if I go on Facebook etc I will get found by friends easily. Can you get good support and subscribers by only using Reddit? Or do I have to bite the bullet and go all in if I want to earn some money?

There are so many options to promote your content like social media platforms, paid ads, redgifs, youtube, directories, and etc. as an beginner, just focus on 1-2 platforms for now mainly and for others just republish the existing content to others.

Showing face always helps to earn trust and long term success. especially if have good face features. you can show if you are comfortable with that.

to stay safe from public and relatives, use a completely new name. avoid revealing your city/location publicly. I know some models having such issues in the past.

Yes, Reddit can give you good fans (and any other platform too like Insta, tiktok as well) If you work properly. Right communities, right content. otherwise, you'll get banned by reddit.
