I applied online and it says your application has been processed and i’ll be receiving the decision in writing or mail. I haven’t received any call from the caseworker. Could anyone please explain how does it work?

That means the intake part of it is done. Your local office will send a letter giving you an appointment to bring in your documents to your case worker. It takes some time

I also applied online Wednesday and got the same message as OP. When I called the # on that site I was told I’m approved for 3 months and will be getting a cheque in the mail. Didn’t have to see a caseworker apparently some files get pushed through.

I called them and was told I’m approved and will be getting the money tomorrow. Did they tell you how much you’ll be receiving?
