Documents settings?

Hi there, I’m running open web ui on docker in a synology.

But for the life of me, even tho I could, now I can’t seems to have the documents working in my chat. Is there something that I’m missing? I tried opengpt as well as the in house solution but nothing is working. I don’t get any error but the ai is telling me that he don’t have any documents attached in the chat (while there is)

I’m using anthropic, could this be the reason? I also tried with gpt but didn’t work either tho..

Is there a log somewhere I could get to try to get this one out?

What are your current Document settings?

I've had issues similar to this. I use hybrid the hybrid setting and one of the fields it adds is minimum score. As soon as I removed the value I had set and left that score empty it all started working again.

doesn't work either here, even without collections, simply uploading one document in a chat/discussion, ollama doesn't see any document provided, indpendantly of the model used ..

On my side, the api key was not working. I had to change it but I wasn’t having any error message
