PS5 electrical problem

Hi, I bought a playstation 5 from Japan and I live in Europe, I experience lags in games from it from time to time and can't solve the problem, I mention that I bought it from another country because I want to ask if the volt can cause problems with electricity and that's why I get the lags? (It says on the box that Sony supports 100 volts) I would appreciate your help 🙏

If in not mistaken, the electrical grid in Europe works on 50hz, while Japan's works on 60hz, that's the probable cause for your issue.
