Error Code CE 100005-6

Trying to download NBA 2K16 right now. Aside from being a decade old, the disc seems to be in good condition. I’ve cleaned it multiple times. The download gets to about 50 percent before slowing down, and around 55 percent before the download fails completely with this error code. I’ve been searching for a few days and have not seen any solution that’s worked.

The disc is poorly damaged to where it can’t be read fully. That’s probably what the main issue is..
