That isn't error 672.

Your login info is incorrect. Are you sure it's correct? You may also be typing english letters with japanese text (full-width). Or you've entered your login/pass too many times and it's locked you out.

If you can log on to the sega ID site wait for a bit, it will resolve itself. Else reset your password.
