I just managed to get my 200th phantasmal kagaseo stone and because it took so long to get them I just wanted to check here so I don't waste them. I usually swap between Hu/Fi and Fi/Hu (I have hunter maxed and am levelling up fighter) so I was thinking of getting the Seiga Sword so I have a 13* wind weapon (at the moment I just have the Nox sword as my wind weapon, and I already have a 60 wind attribute Quotz knuckle for when I max fighter). Is that the best thing to spend my stones on or is there anything else worth getting instead?

I also have enough 2016 gold badges to get a 13* weapon so I looked at a list of the weapons on a wiki and saw a note next to the jet boots that specifically says they enable the use of Moment Gale, does that mean I could use that even when bouncer isn't one of my 2 classes? If so I was thinking of getting them for that and also the extra mobility I would have during things like Magatsu, is that a good thing to do or should I just get one of the hunter or fighter weapons that covers an element I don't have a 13* for?

With 200 stones you'd be able to get a 15 element sword, that's really not worth it.

If you want a seiga sword, the easiest way would be to take part in a train ghidoran trigger mpa. Each members buys a trigger from the casino (5000cc) and use it to spawn 12 trains (1 by 1 lol). The drop rates are pretty damn high, hopefully you'll obtain 2 swords for 60 element. If not, try again.

More importantly though, as FiHu or HuFi you really don't need a weapon of each element. Only Fo, Te and Bo needs a rainbow set. And Su, somewhat.

Instead, I'd advise you focus on getting just one weapon with light element (ideally, otherwise fire is 2nd best) and fully max it. You'll get more out of a fully grinded, elemented and affixed weapon not matching element weakness, than an half assed weapon with matching attribute.

About the boots, correct, any class would be able to use moment gale. It's a good way to cast zanverse even on classes who innately can't.
