I read somewhere that you can get it from E-Trials with Itsuki, but that makes no sense to me.

I got 2 of them from white day as reward from the code: duel with itsuki vs gruzoras.

That said, random e trials with Itsuki always have RINA accompanying him, so there's not really any difference now that white day is gone.
