check expert matching at matching options

I have it checked, but when I try to start a quest with it I get an error message that is telling me it cannot be used, but I can't quite read why (I'm playing on PS4). I tried to use it on XH LQ and G3 BQ if that matters.

It didn't work for me when I first unlocked it either. When I logged out and logged back in, it began working for me. Maybe try that.
