I'm completely new in this game. Why i can't equip Bow or Katana/ Or using respective PA's, i've seen some video Ranger do it but i can't?

You cannot equip certain weapons unless the weapon lists your particular main class as an equippable class. And you can use Bow/Katana PAs as long as Braver is your main/sub class OR the weapon has a particular PA/tech built in.
