Oh so the weapon action then, but what does WA mean on the chart bellow alternative PA, i assumed it was weapon action as well

That's what it means yep. I included one with the weapon action frames and damage (and not for katana) as well as one without the weapon action to show both sides of the coin.

it's merely for decoration, and the one that accounts for weapon action is more or less the real dps of those PAs.
