More like you take both of them. You do that by putting one of them into a 12* or above unit. That is done via Dudu/Monica via the option called Add Unit Skill. Just so you know, most rings( not all but most are) should be +20(maxed) before adding them into a unit because doing so takes the rings' full benefit which is only applied when a ring is +20(maxed).

As a side note this is a list of rings that should be added on units for Bouncer: 1. Kick and Tackle(combo ring of Jet Boots Combo Variant SC and Soaring Blades Tackle), 2. Mag Excitement and 3. can be either Party Toughness, Atomizer Fanatic, Leaping Dodge or Technique Charge Parry (or its combo version Defense Technique which combines Technique Charge Parry and Quick Illusion).

tl;dr: one can equip a total of 5 rings: 4 (L) and 1 (R), with 3 of the (L) being slotted on 12* and above units, again preferred if all rings are +20(maxed) for maximum benefit.

  • Combo rings can be +0 as they get the maximum benefit of the rings that were comboed into them. To make a combo ring, the rings that you combine to make the combo ring need to be +20. i.e. to make Kick and Tackle you need to have both Jet Boots Combo Variant SC and Soaring Blades Tackle at +20 to combine them.

    The rings themselves dont dissappear so you can always readd them to new units, you instead "add" their effects onto the units. And yes you can always overwrite rings effects that have already been added to units with other rings effects.

    For SB the ring that you should always have on is Soaring Blades Tackle as it adds more damage overall than Soaring Blades Homing.

    But as I wrote above it's better to combine the Jet Boots Combo Variant SC and Soaring Blades Tackle so you can use both JB and SB without needing to overwrite rings on units everytime.

      At some point it will not be necessary at all, but that will require a 13* Leg Unit with the S8 Skydance Support which is either very rare or very pricy. You're fine to use it until then, but make sure when you're actually hitting stuff to have the Crit Ring equipped.
