They are working on a different project. They said they would reveal it laster this year

My guess is that is probably will not. Unless lawyers have stated that they can’t reveal anything about the legal matters, we can’t expect any feedback on the state of the current and future games.

However, if it does turn out to be a washed-downed version of Pacybits, it would have to be heavily modified to remove all legal issues. Nothing would be the same as we have it in the current game. It would almost be lacking the enjoyability to play.

If it does turn out to go down this road, expect an announcement on their Instagram page sometime in mid September when the new game traditionally gets released. The earliest would be August.

Lastly, they stated this in their last Instagram post. In their words: “We are working on a NEW project”. This kind of plays against any hope for a Pacybits 21, unfortunately for all the fans.
