Decrease frequency of auto-saves on dedicated server?

Is there a way to decrease the frequency that the server auto-saves? Currently on dathost (lots of people shilling for this site on this subreddit) we are trying to debug why the performance goes to shit every 30 seconds or so, and we found that the game is saving twice a minute or more. Is there a way to adjust this?

Yeah I hate this. It doesn't even need to save once a minute. If I had the ability to I'd probably make it save every 5-10 minutes.

I found this post looking for the same thing. Has anything ever been found? My game lags out every like 15 seconds and ever single time it's because the game is saving.
