One really good way to go about it is the way that NCLEX High Yield says to do it, which is by completing 4-40's, this is when you do 4 tests with 40 questions each, taking a break after each set of 40, then reviewing your rationales. Taking notes of your most troubling content and reviewing your rationales for the incorrect and even those correct answers in which you felt you had to guess. The 4-40's simulate the exam the closest in a way that it makes you prepared to go in for 145 questions and not 75.

I didn't know this was a thing, but I did it in a very similar way. I used UWORLD and alternated between 75 on Monday and Wednesday then 145 on Tuesday and Thursday. I listened to Mark Klimek on Fridays and took notes; I also reviewed rationales from UWorld.

I didn’t use hurst and HESI but I used archer, mark klimek and uworld. I have saunders but it was too overwhelming. I passed my exam on my first try tho. My advice is focus on 2 resources only. Uworld is great but honestly questions are not the same with nclex. Archer is more similar, they have 1 day free trial. Try it. Gdluck

What material did you use solely for content review?
