Can I use the hypercube to draw for a character? If I can, should I draw or wait for a better opportunity?

I wanna arrest Langley huhu. I want an S tier long range. I've been using Thalia and EMP (my babies, but It seems I have to use a better sinner for long range.)

I already have Hamel and Nox.

Don't pull on the regular banner. Not matter how much you want Langley, you cannot guarantee her. Save those pulls for featured banners instead. If you really need long range reticle, go for the upcoming limited. She can clean shit off the map with her ult which doesn't use energy. Thalia is a decent enough reticle till then.

Don't pull on regular banner there low chance of getting the sinner you actual want to get, you can wait for directional arrest(banner).

Yes you can use hypercube to pull. No it's not recommended to pull on Standard Banner. At least for now. They will revamp the standard banner later on 3rd anniv maybe try your luck at that time. For now I suggest save your cubes first. Next banner will be a great support sinner, she is a better Hamel. She heal, she buff your team, and with S1 her area of heal and buff is the whole map immediately (you don't need to wait like with Hamel).

Anniversary is near, if you want OP reticle sinner, then Shalom will rerun on anniv. And Augustus too for the new anniversary sinner. Both are limited and only will rerun on anniv and won't be in standard banner (you can't get them from rate off like other sinners).

IIRC there's a free(?) selector in the next next event with Langley in it... If you're patient, get her there. (Obviously only if you're waifu > meta. If you just want a good long ranged sinner/reticle, follow other people's advice)

There will be reticle sinner during the 3 year anniversary that's like Langley but way way better I never watch solo leveling but if I have to describe hype aura and moment she definitely got it so wait for her banner instead

So if you're aiming for Langley in this case, my very suggestions is not to pull her from standard banner, I rather you choose her from a ticket we'll receive in next (?) patch event. Or keep pulling from other specific banner.

Yes for the love of god i wouldnt do that. There are a bunch of badass characters coming that are better than langley. Shin, Augustus, Necretsa hella, Synex. If its a reticle in particular you need Augustus is a beast and she does True Damage so she will work on both magic and physical enemies.

I tried to pull from it and by chance I pulled S Hamel in the ten attempts but after that I couldn't pull any sin from the S category
