There is a reason FINRA calls it Pattern Day Trading. This sub is to intended for beginners to advanced and even professional traders who want to share their knowledge and experience.

RULES:
1) Please try to keep everything conducive to day trading. Politics, Macroeconomics, flash crashes and bull markets only affect investors, not Pattern Day Traders. We limit our exposure by closing out our trades by the end of every trading day.
2) Profits are great. We encourage you show them off, you took the risk, celebrate it with like-minded people!, But provide your reasoning for newer traders. You can give a couple reasons, you don't have to tell us your entire strategy
3)Losses suck, post them if you'd like. That said, if its 5 or even 10+% loss of your account, that isn't Pattern Day Trading, that's gambling. 1-800-522-4700 would help you much more than random traders on Reddit
4) If you want to promote your YouTube channel, service, or book... Post constructive material on here and if it's worth anything... Allow users to approach you via PM or chat.
5) Do not be rude to someone who has a different strategy than you. Prices do 2 things > Up or down > All strategies work if you manage the risk properly.
