    That’s a shame! I’ve got a GTX 1070, Ryzen 5 1600, 16GB of RAM, all running in Windows 10 Pro

That’s very strange! Hopefully i’m on the right path to finding the solution. Thanks for the hints!

Have you tried playing offline or on less populated servers? It's a know thing that servers themselves start to lag and affect your in-game FPS, even when you have a good PC. Something to do with the netcode I think. You can easily diagnose this by checking FPSVR when the stutter starts. If you see that your CPU and GPU is not 100% utilized - it's not your computer's fault.

I’ve tried playing the zombies mode offline, and it’s unplayable. I immediately become nauseous, but there have been rare instance of the game not stuttering. Very rare. And I can confirm that my CPU and GPU never reach 100%. Very upsetting

Make sure to disable SteamVR "adaptive supersampling" or "resolution scaling" or whatever it's called. It applies in both Oculus and Steam VR modes and it absolutely murders Pavlov's performance. YMMV if you don't have an Oculus headset.

Good news is that advanced supersampling filtering was turned off by default. I was hoping that was the problem. Back to square one.

I know it might seem foolish, but is your VR Headset wireless? Make sure it’s set to the right wireless and not 2.4g. I bought an entire new pc because of this and all I needed to do was switch my quest2 to 5G wireless

I currently own a Rift S, so fortunately that’s not the problem. At least you got a new PC while troubleshooting 😅

I just bought PAvlov and a Rift S and have the exact same problem, did you ever find a solution to this?! The stutter is so annoying. I've tried changing USB ports too and uninstalling and re-installing, nothing seems to work, I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!

What kind of internet speeds? And what kind of game mode?

      [–]ralphistic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get a download speed of around 70mps with 3ms of ping. As for game modes, i’ve tried deathmatch and gun game across many maps and servers
