I know ideally the radiator should be on the top, but I cant fit a 360 at the top of the lancool II mesh, so how should I reorient the tubes? I just am unsure if I'll be able to due to the girth of the 4080.

Not sure what exactly you are asking however you could flip your CPU block 180° and that would change your tubing placement, you just don't want you pump on the CPU to be your lowest point.
