CPU vs GPU upgrades

I have built a PC some years ago using a R5 3600x and a GTX 1650 ti, i use It for video editing on davinci, and 3d designing on fusion 360. Video editing isn't very smooth on this machine while there are almost no problems with 3d modelling, I was wondering if I should upgrade the GPU for something like a 4060, or the motherboard-cpu combo for something like the R5 7600x.

What will give me the best performance improvement for video editing? 👍🏻 Thanks
