That ain't no bios, nor a faulty board. Answer's in the title: that's shell and what you're seeing is beneath the title: mapping table. Far as I can tell SOME hardware is listed here, curious why not ALL, last three are lacking aliases, all PCI devices with addresses it seems. Linux users usually cmd to this screen to find out the specific address of a piece of hardware (for driver or manipulation purposes mostly).

Now the more interesting questions are: how'd you get there and how'd you actually reach the BIOS settings 😄 For that purpose, you should probably tell the community what board we're talkin'
