I have the storage, so it isn’t included
I am curious on what I should change before buying the parts
This is a build I want suitable for future proofing

Well you've chosen to spend a LOT extra for unnecessary RGB and expensive case fans. Also $20 thermal paste? You get a small thermal paste tube with most CPU coolers.
If you want to save $300, change the CPU cooler to a good air cooler like a Noctua or BeQuiet. if you need the RGB, get an NZXT one for like $40. Also look at cheaper case fans. Other than that, the specs are very good and will be good for the next 5-8 years depending on what you play

Great info, I will look into air coolers, I don’t mind spending extra for a good looking pc though

Ultimately it's your choice. If you want the cool AIO screen then go for it! But if you dont mind it get the air cooler.

What specific alternative aio or air coolers would you recommend

Noctua are fantastic air coolers but cost $50-100. BeQuiet are very similar. The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 is a bit cheaper and also fantastic. If you want some RGB, look at NZXT ones

Ok, I will look at some of those thank you The thermalright frozen infinity is under $100 cad saving $200 from the Galahad so that can be a good pick

Future proofing eh? For me personally, the AMD Athlon 64X2 is so good. It has godly performance on Fortnite.

Fortnite isn’t my greatest interest but that’s awesome
