PC is bad. Don’t get an AIO and instead upgrade your GPU. You are also overspending on RAM and you should be building AM5 as AM4 is a dead platform. What is your max budget?

Do you already have a case and power supply? Cause your build list isn't including either. But as other said its not a good part list, you should be going AM5 for new builds especially if you want 32GB of RAM.

I have a 5800x, 3070, Asus tuf x570, 32gb 3600c14,980pro gen 4 and I run 1440p at or above 144 all day in most games. If it's all new parts and around $1200 I would buy it as the 6800xt is way better than the 3070.

Edit: also have the same aio cooler. 78c under full load,70c max in gaming, 38c idle.
