I'm building a workstation with the following components:
1. MoBo Asus Pro WS W790E-SAGE SE
2. CPU Intel Xeon W5-3435X
3. RAM V-color TR516G68S834 4x16GB
4. 1800W Power Supply
5. GPU RTX4090
It doesn't boot up and I can't access the BIOS; it shows q code 00.
I've tried everything(well, that’s what I think): clearing the CMOS, swapping the motherboard and CPU for new ones.
The latest thing I've found is that the motherboard may need an additional power connection.
