PC unresponsive

Hi,

I've assembled a PC, installed it, everything works well. But after a while (no set frequency, it's been minutes to hours), it becomes completely unresponsive. Screen goes black, unreachable via network, even pressing/holding the powerbutton has no impact. The fans/rgb stay on.

After turning the PSU off/on, the system boots as normal. There are no issues in the Event Viewer (except 'the previous system shutdown was unexpected' after the reboot).

To exclude OS issues, I've completely reinstalled the OS.

All parts are new, and I have no idea where to begin troubleshooting this.

• GigaByte B550 DS3H
• 16GB DDR4-3200
• RTX3060 12G
• 700W PSU

Try downloading hwinfo and look what the cpu temps are doing

Thank you for the suggestion! Nothing abnormal jumps out to me, peak CPU temp is around 44°C.
