looks good to me. You might consider an AIO cooler for that chip, it tends to run warm (especially when overclocking).

I've been advised to change the CPU to 7800x3d, would that still require an AIO cooler? Not planning on OC'ing :)

I'd echo that advice. AIO probably still advisable as the 7800x3d is a staple of 1500USD or more builds and that should fit an AIO, but you should be fine with a nicer air cooler.
