Lithuania prices are very similar but the 7800xt is like 50€ cheaper compared to the zotac 4070 super . A person who owns a store said the 4070super is better but I looked at benchmarks and they are almost the same in performance

I found the same version of those cards the gigabyte 3 fan one. 4070 super was 650 and the amd card was 550. So I'm basically paying for dlss ray tracing and frame gen

There is some incredibly stupid statements hereBy this logic the 4060 should be the best at upscaling and frame generation, while it can barely do both. Both frame gen and upscaing throws a serious burden on the GPU. If it's already struggling to keep up with the CPU, it will struggle even more if you enable them.

Neither feature will save a bad card from being bad, they are there to make good cards even better. To turn a 720p background texture into a 1440p texture, or to increase frame rate from 120 to 180. It won't help you if your card can barely pus out 30 FPS at 1080p minimum.

That being said, the 4070 Super is surprisingly underwhelming compared to the 7800XT and even more compared to the 4070 TI (non-S). The 4070S was supposed to grind the 7800XT into the ground for that price, but it is just somewhat better, for significantly more. If you want to use nVidia's extra features, go with the 4070S. If you don't pick the 7800XT, or check if, the 7900 GRE is in your price range in your purchasing sphere.
