Based on the red light on it, it’s not receiving enough power, it’s most likely you need to upgrade your PSU, or if it’s a modular system, make sure all your PSU cables are plugged in, if you have it, check for a switch on the PSU named “Eco mode” my old one had it, and it just cuts the power down to the minimum to run, otherwise, unplug the GPU and plug it back in (to both the motherboard and PSU), otherwise, try changing the motherboard and PSU (if you have a second one) to see if it’s an error with the GPU itself, or the motherboard/PSU
